The Northgate Transit Center in Northeast El Paso, Texas, is dedicated to the late World War II veteran and former El Paso City Council member Arves E. Jones. The center is not just limited to bus rides, but is also expected to offer more multi-purpose opportunities.

It includes a plaza with a large public art piece called Torre de las Flores. Here the KicK from Architectural Area Lighting is being used to complement the vertical structure with a sleek and contemporary look.

The lighting was intentional and designed to transform the look of the plaza at night.
